1. Service Warranty
- Warranty applies only to the parts replaced and services performed.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or burn marks after delivery.
- Software issues are not covered under hardware warranty.
2. Data Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for backing up their personal and business data.
- Our Service Center is not responsible for data loss during service or repair.
3. Delivery & Pickup
- Devices must be collected within 30 days after service completion.
- After 30 days, storage charges may apply.
- After 90 days, uncollected devices may be disposed of without further notice.
4. Service Estimates
- Cost estimates are approximate and may vary after full diagnostic inspection.
- Customers will be notified before proceeding with additional charges.
5. Third-Party Parts
- If original parts are not available, high-quality compatible parts may be used with customer approval.
- Warranty varies based on the type of part used.
6. Inspection Charges
- Inspection or diagnostic charges apply even if the customer declines the repair.
- Inspection fees are non-refundable.
7. Physical & Liquid Damage
- No warranty is provided for devices with water damage, burn marks, or physical damage.
- Such devices may fail again even after repair. Customer assumes full responsibility.
8. Customer Consent
- By submitting a device for service, the customer agrees to all terms listed on this page.
